At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every order; however, if your custom prints do not meet your expectations due to defects or damage, we are committed to making it right. Please review our guided process below to initiate a return or request a reprint within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Submit Documentation
Upload clear photos of the printing issue or shipping damage to help our quality assurance team evaluate your claim quickly.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.
- 4.Refund or Reprint
After we receive your items or approve your claim, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a priority reprint of your order.
